This USB Data cable complies with the overall IP56 design characteristics of the defibrillator, and is used to download the event data using the free SAVER EVO software. Speaking of the event Data, the Samaritan 500P does not only record the ECG (like other defibrillators do). It also records the ICG which is a unique tool for determining whether CPR was effective. This is part of the patented blood flow technology used by the HeartSine Samaritan 500P defibrillator, found in no other AED on the market, because HeartSine Technologies has pioneered the technology to filter out noise values from important clinical information using ICG technology.
