HeartSine Free Pad Pak Program

If you have recently had an incident involving a heart attack, here is some useful information from Aero Healthcare:

If you have used a HeartSine Samaritan PAD during a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA), its critical that you TELL US,  by providing us with the Saver EVO file that contains comprehensive event data about the event and a completed Customer Event Form.  This information is used by HeartSine to measure the success of our AED’s and to continually improve our products to ensure optimum results.  When you provide the Saver EVO file along with a completed Customer Event Form we’ll send you a FREE Pad-Pak for your efforts.

• Immediately after the use of the AED during an SCA contact Aero Healthcare to report the event and outcome.
• Immediately after the SCA event , follow the instructions in the Saver EVO manual to download the event date and submit it to Aero Healthcare.
• Complete and submit the HeartSine Customer Event Form with information about the patient to Aero Healthcare.
• Aero Healthcare will send the FREE Pad-Pak as soon as the Saver EVO data and Customers Event Form have been received.
